Charcuterie board

Slow-cooked lamb and seasonal vegetables

Just like Iittala, we are also unwaveringly dedicated to craftsmanship. The Iittala menu combines Finnish craftsmanship with a piece of France on the shores of Lake Vanajavesi.
Cold-smoked salmon tartare
Cold-smoked salmon tartare, roe sauce, sea buckthorn and dill flower.
Duck breast
Roasted duck breast, Brussels sprouts, root vegetable purée and herb butter sauce.
Cheese
Long-matured cheese and compote from the berries of Tuloisela berry farm.
Orange mille-feuille
Flaky pastry sheets sandwiched with marinated orange, vanilla-flavoured cream cheese and orange syrup.
