The cold season calls for rich and full flavors. Like all good things, blinis are best enjoyed with friends. With the filling of your choice for hot blinis – prawn Skagen, whitefish roe, or smoked reindeer or mushroom mousse – we, of course, serve smetana, red onion, pickled cucumber and honey on the side.

To drink, we recommend 1664 Lager 5.0% 0.33 l (€9.50) or the fresh and modern 1664 Blanc wheat beer, either as a 5.0% (€9.50) or non-alcoholic version (€6.00).
