The highlight of the buffet is the selection of meats smoked in the restaurant’s own smoker, served at an interactive carving station where our chefs carve each cut to order while sharing the story behind its preparation. At the pasta station, freshly prepared pasta dishes are finished to each guest’s individual taste.
