Starters Starters The house oat-and-onion bread has been created together with our local bakery, Pirjon Pakari. The bread is served with Valio butter.
Puréed leek and potato soup, herb oil and Parmesan crumble.
Spinach pancake baked using Talriikki’s own recipe, pickled butternut squash and Vöner rillette.
House-baked turnip bread and tartar from local fish.
Talriikki’s classic snails with garlic and parsley butter served with Pirjon Pakari’s oat-and-onion bread.

Choose one main ingredient from the following: rainbow trout fillet (L, G), marinated chicken (L, G) or Vöner slices (VE).

Finnish rainbow trout fried in butter, dill oil, potato terrine, Hollandaise sauce and seasonal salad.

For children For children Grilled burger patty, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and ketchup. Served with French fries.
