Weekday meeting packages

The prices include value added tax, the meeting space and the equipment (video projector + screen or plasma TV, note taking supplies and a flipchart if requested) as well as ice water throughout the event.

Meeting packages requires a minimum number of persons depending on the cabinet size (6-30 persons) so not to incur a separate rental charge:

Breakfast meeting at 8–11 | 29 €/person

Morning meeting at 8–14 | 59 €/person

Full day meeting at 8–16 | 68,50 € | person

Extras for meeting packages

LL = low-lactose, L = lactose-free, G = gluten-free, GR = gluten-free on request, VN = vegan, VNR = vegan on request, S = spicy hot, M = milk free, V = vegetarian dish, N = contains nuts. Please ask our staff for more information on dishes. According to the Finnish Food Authority’s recommendation, minced meat patties should always be eaten fully cooked. Even high-quality medium-cooked minced meat may contain EHEC bacteria, which may cause a severe food poisoning, especially in children and older people.
