Weekday meeting packages

Prices include VAT, the meeting room, meeting equipment, and still water for the entire event. Available meeting equipment includes a projector and screen or a plasma TV, note-taking materials, and a flip chart upon request. In the private rooms, a fixed Ethernet connection is available for streaming, and a conference phone can be provided for hybrid meetings.

Our kitchen accommodates all pre-notified special dietary requirements.

From December 1–23, between 11:00 and 15:00, neither a la carte nor the regular business lunch is available. Meeting packages include a two-course lunch (starter and main course, plus coffee), with the menu announced on the same day. We take into account that different lunches are served for meeting series on different days. The two-course lunch can be upgraded to a three-course Christmas lunch for an additional €20 per person.

Please ask our staff for more information on dishes. According to the Finnish Food Authority’s recommendation, minced meat patties should always be eaten fully cooked. Even high-quality medium-cooked minced meat may contain EHEC bacteria, which may cause a severe food poisoning, especially in children and older people.
