Papà Giovanni interprets the flavours of Italian cuisine through Neapolitan pizza at Prisma Kaari. The best ingredients and a high-quality pizza base give the pizza its wonderfully unique flavour. The dough is made from authentic Italian Tipo 00 flour and is left to rise for 48 hours. The fillings come from Prisma’s cold cut and cheese shop and our own smokehouse. Baking the pizza produces a crisp and light crust while keeping the toppings fresh. Eat here fresh from the oven or enjoy at home!
