Perlina di Castello’s food is Italian, but the raw ingredients are mainly Finnish and local. The essence of Italian-style cooking is simplicity and respect for the ingredients and at Perlina di Castello, we have added a local Savo twist to that.

Our wood-fired pizza oven is the heart of Perlina di Castello. We use our fabulous red Ferrari meat slicer to slice genuine Parma ham and salami for our pizzas and other dishes. Do you want to take a small slice of Italy home with you? We sell these delicacies as a takeaway.
