Everyone from babies to grandparents will enjoy Bomba's Midsummer celebrations. Choose activities according to your schedule and preferences! At Bomba, you can enjoy the beauty of nature, the Karelian spa, and the area's diverse services. Do you want to wake up in a scenic room at the spa hotel and shuffle to breakfast in your slippers, or do you prefer the cozy atmosphere of the Karelian village? Will you choose a peaceful nature hike, a dip in the spa's soothing bubbles, or a Coopop electric scooter ride for your day program? In the evening, we will sauna, light the bonfire, and enjoy the midnight sun. Come spend an unforgettable Midsummer as our guest!

Activities for everyone
Bomba Safaris serves all adventure seekers year-round, including Midsummer! Join a guided tour or rent equipment for a self-guided adventure. Would you prefer pedal boating, kayaking, or cycling?
On Midsummer Day, Sat 21st June, Bomba Safaris offers electric fat bike and Coopop testing in front of Kaleva Hovi from 11am to 3pm.
There is also bouncing fun for children upstairs at Kaleva Hovi!

Midsummer celebrations and bonfire on the shores of Lake Pielinen
On Midsummer Eve, Fri 20th June , we gather in front of Kaleva Hovi to celebrate together at 5pm.
DJ Miki will warm up the Midsummer atmosphere starting at 5pm, and there will be record dances on the pier terrace with summer evening waltz vibes from 5pm to 8pm.
Pancakes, sausages, and refreshments will be sold at Kaleva Koto from 5pm to 8pm.
The Midsummer bonfire will be lit on a raft on the water near the safari house and spa hotel on Midsummer Eve at 7pm. If there is a forest fire warning or strong wind, the bonfire cannot be lit.

The evening continues
The DJ will move to play music for the rest of the evening at Frans & Emma.
At Bomba House, the beer tavern is open and karaoke is available from 6pm to 2am (18+).
Onni Orava joins the Midsummer celebrations
There are plenty of activities for children in the Bomba area. Read more Break Sokos Hotel Bomba | With kids - sokoshotels.fi . Onni Orava will also celebrate Midsummer with us. You can meet Onni in the hotel's playroom on Midsummer Saturday at 9:30am.
Relaxing summer activities
Right in the hotel yard, there is a campfire spot with a view of the lake. For a small fee, you can get a campfire moment package from the reception or safari house, which includes sausages with accessories and wood for the campfire (considering the forest fire warning, of course).
Summer games are freely available to all hotel guests. Who is the pétanque champion of the group? Who is the most accurate Mölkky player in the family? Or is beach volleyball your game?
