Breakfast is served Mon-Fri from 6.30-10.30 and on weekends and holidays from 7.30-11.30. Breakfast costs 26€/person.

Breakfast includes.

Fresh seasonal fruit,

cheeses, cold cuts,

fresh and pickled vegetables,

freshly baked breads, croissants and pastries.

long-simmered porridge with side dishes

yoghurt, muesli and porridge

bacon, scrambled eggs, fried vegetables

smoothies and juices,

small sweet treats

Breakfast is topped off with an omelette made to order by the chef and a fresh health shot. You can choose from a variety of coffees, teas, fresh juices or flavoured waters. For an extra charge, you can also enjoy sparkling wine or champagne with breakfast.
