The last #WALOLIVE artist of summer 2026 is Hassan Maikal

A unique singer-songwriter, Hassan Maikal is a touching and bold storyteller who combines pop, rap and afro music sounds in a captivating way.

The artist's debut album Betonitarha, released in 2021, received an incredible reception from the music industry. As recognition for the courage to be original and trust in the power of storytelling, the album received four Emma nominations, including a nomination for Album of the Year. Hassan released his highly anticipated second album Ilmaista terapiaa in autumn 2024. The concept album takes the listener on a journey through different layers and many dimensions of love.
