Pizza´s
We bake our Neapolitan-style pizzas in a genuine wood-fired oven. Our pizza dough is made locally by hand using Italian 00 flour. The dough is rolled out into a thin crust and then baked to perfection to produce a pizza with a puffy, airy cornicione. The quality of the ingredients and the aroma of the wood-fired oven create perfect flavours for your enjoyment. All our pizzas are available gluten-free and with vegan cheese. We bake the gluten-free pizzas in the same oven with our traditional pizzas but use a different baking tray. We prepare our gluten-free pizzas with special care but cannot guarantee that they are 100 % gluten free.
