Vaasa magazine's popular restaurant event will be held for the 14th time this year. Rosso will be participating in the event and offering a delicious dish and menu on both Friday and Saturday.

Vaasa magazine's popular restaurant event will be held for the 14th time this year. Rosso will be participating in the event and offering a delicious dish and menu on both Friday and Saturday.

  • Fried pike-perch with air-dried ham (G, L)
  • Fried pike-perch, air-dried ham, browned butter, pickled tomatoes, lime and mashed potatoes
  • Menu 35€:
  • Starter:
  • Tzatziki (l)
  • Crispy toasted focaccia bread seasoned with garlic oil and tzatziki
  • Main:
  • Grilled beef sirloin steak, dark thyme sauce, Italian seasoned butter, seasonal vegetables and French fries
  • Dessert:
  • Panna cotta (g,l)
  • Cream pudding seasoned with vanilla and fresh mango compote
