The evening's menu is built around the pure, local ingredients of North Karelia, around which our chefs have created a magnificent combination of modern and traditional cuisine. Each dish tells a story of nature, the seasons and Karelian culinary heritage — executed with refinement and high quality.
The atmosphere is carried by musician Sari Kaasinen, who guides listeners into the Kalevala tradition of women's singing. Her voice and interpretations create a deep, poetic and strongly rooted tone for the dinner.
