Freetime is now organizing for the third time the highly popular KARAOKE COMPETITION!
In "Noise of Freetime," karaoke stars of their own lives compete against each other!
Freetime will reward every competitor.
MAIN PRIZE: The main prize will be revealed later, and of course fame and glory!
The competition consists of four preliminary rounds, a semifinal, and a final.
- Schedule:
- 1st preliminary round - Jan 17
- 2nd preliminary round - Jan 31
- 3rd preliminary round - Feb 7
- 4th preliminary round - Feb 21
- Semifinal - March 21
- Final - April 11
- Registration for the preliminary rounds is through the attached link. The first 15 registrants (per preliminary day) will get to compete for advancement.
- Registration closes one week before the preliminary day.
- Freetime will personally contact each competitor before the preliminary day.
- In the preliminaries, each participant sings one song of their choice.
- A present jury will select two competitors from each preliminary round to advance.
- In the semifinal, competitors will perform two songs of their choice, one in Finnish and one in English.
- Four (4) singers will advance from the semifinal to the final based on the jury's votes. In the final, competitors will sing two songs of their choice, one in Finnish and one in English, AND one song selected by the competition organizer.
- Immediately after the semifinal, the organizer will give finalists a list of five songs, from which each will get to perform their own version of a randomly assigned song.
Rules in brief:
- Age 18+ competition is intended only for amateur singers
- The organizer has the right to remove a participant from the competition for e.g., breaking rules, unprofessional behavior, etc.
- We reserve the right to make any changes
- Freetime has the right to photograph and video record competition participants for their own / Keskimaa's use
