Despite its name, Extra Dry contains a touch of residual sugar, which softens the wine's acidity and gives it a pleasantly soft mouthfeel. The grapes for the wine are mainly harvested from the Cotê des Bar sub-region located in the southeastern corner of the Champagne area. Cotê des Bar is the southernmost region of Champagne and is particularly known for its fruity and structured champagnes. A fresh, fruity champagne that combines the wild strawberry notes from Meunier, the ripe apple character from Pinot Noir, and the freshness of Chardonnay in the form of Granny Smith apple and lemon. Excellent as an aperitif or paired with fatty fish and seafood. The queen of celebration drinks!
