Kun Esplanadin puisto herää hiljalleen kauniiseen vehreään kesään, herkutellaan Kappelissa sesongin parhaalla maulla, parsalla. Vihreää ja valkoista parsaa onkin nautittavissa nyt monella tapaa, muun muassa kuohuviinillä maustettuna keittona sekä kalan tai lihan seurana. Lasillinen raikasta rieslingiä kruunaa aterian.
