Nauti kolmen ruokalajin parsamenu valitsemillasi annoksilla tai nauti esimerkiksi sesongin tartaria ja parsarisottoa. Aterian kruunaat suussasulavilla jälkiruoilla aina pannacottasta juustoihin.
