Reservation terms
General booking and cancellation terms for prepaid restaurant reservations

Scope and Special Conditions
These terms apply to reservations and services paid in advance via the online service, unless a specific agreement has been made or the terms of the purchased products state otherwise.
However, these terms do not apply to reservations for more than 10 people. The terms for group reservations are always agreed separately with the restaurant when confirming the reservation.
Booking and Confirmation
Reservations paid in advance through our online service are binding. The price includes the services mentioned in the reservation to the extent described in the product description.Once the customer has paid the full price in the online service, the service sends a booking confirmation to the email address entered in the reservation details. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check the reservation confirmation due to the binding nature of the reservation. In case of technical issues with the reservation, the customer may contact the restaurant directly.
Arrival and Departure
The restaurant holds the reservation for 15 minutes from the scheduled start time. If the customer has not informed the restaurant of a delayed arrival, the restaurant has the right to consider the reservation cancelled after the time limit and to assign the reserved table/space to other customers. The restaurant may retain the payment received from the customer as compensation.
Products and services ordered on-site must be paid for at the restaurant in cash or by credit card, unless otherwise agreed in advance. The customer will receive an official receipt with VAT breakdown upon departure, including for prepaid services.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes to prepaid reservations cannot be made through the online service.
If changes are needed, the customer may contact the restaurant directly by phone or email. If cancellation is needed, we will first check the availability for another time, provided the same product and price are available. A confirmation of the change will be sent to the email address entered in the reservation details.
If a new time is not possible, a gift card equal to the value of the reservation may be issued. Gift card is valid for 24 months for services at the respective restaurant.
If rescheduling or issuing a gift card is not possible, the payment may be refunded under the following conditions:
- If there are 7 days or more until the reservation, the payment may be refunded.
- If there are fewer than 7 days until the reservation, the payment will not be refunded.
No-Show
If the customer does not arrive or cancels less than 7 days before the reservation, the restaurant has the right to retain the prepaid amount as compensation.
Customer Responsibility
Good manners and house rules apply in restaurant premises. If the customer violates these rules, they may be removed from the restaurant. The costs of prepaid and on-site ordered services must be paid, and the customer cannot demand a refund of payments already made.
Bonus
The customer is entitled to receive Bonus from the prepaid amount if the reservation is made while logged in and the user’s S User Account is linked to a valid S-Etukortti. Bonus is determined per product, and as example no Bonus is granted for alcohol.
Purchases made with company cards do not accumulate Bonus or payment method benefits. Bonus and payment method benefits are intended only for individual members of the S Group, i.e., co-op members, and are granted for purchases related to their private household. Bonus or payment method benefits are not granted to corporate members, nor do purchases made with company cards accumulate Bonus or payment method benefits.
