Panimoyhtiö Hiisi, operating in Seppälänkangas, Jyväskylä, has been supplying us at Freetime with craft beers for years. Our rotating beer selection has featured Hölli, Gosebump, Ohto, Väki, and many other supernatural phenomena, not forgetting Rakki (sometimes raging too). Hiisi's story is fascinating and based on Finnish mythology – after all, hiidet themselves are otherworldly beings that dwell everywhere in nature: in lakes, rock crevices, mountains, and deep in the forests.
