Sparkling wine: Primo Fiore Spumante Extra Dry, Italy

A fresh, fruity Italian sparkling wine. Despite being labelled “Extra Dry”, the wine contains some residual sugar, which balances its acidity and gives it a smooth, soft mouthfeel.

Food pairing: Excellent on its own for toasting, but also a great companion for salads, vegetable dishes, chicken, mild pasta dishes, seafood, mild cheeses and light appetizers.
