Hello, wine lovers!

This year’s vineyard round has been completed, and we have found excellent Spanish Botanicum Ibericum Organic red, white and rosé wines for you to enjoy. All three wines are not only organic, but also vegan! This time, our sparkling wine is a delicious Italian spumante, Canti Cantisecco Dry. For champagne enthusiasts, we have a magnificent and elegant Philippe de Nantheuil Brut that is a stylish choice for all occasions. Now’s the time to pay us a visit and enjoy!

The soft Botanicum Ibericum Organic Red has a round and smooth taste that is rich with dark berries, blackcurrant, blackberry and spices. An excellent choice for many occasions, especially for meat dishes and tapas, as well as for enjoying in good company. Grapes: Tempranillo (90%) and Garnacha (10%). The refreshingly acidic and slightly dry Botanicum Ibericum Organic White has a fresh and fruity flavour. The aroma includes the pure scent of apple with some notes of melon and pear. An overall fresh and crisp aperitif and an excellent accompaniment for salads, vegetarian dishes and seafood. Grapes: Macabeo (70%), Airen (25%) and Moscatel (5%). The fresh Botanicum Ibericum Organic Rosé tastes of fresh strawberries, raspberries and red apple. Citrus, currant, melon and rose flowers can be found in the aroma. The rosé wine is the king of hot and sunny days; an excellent drink for light summer dishes and for the unhurried enjoyment of the moment. Grape: Tempranillo (100%). The lively and acidic, vegan Canti Cantisecco Dry is a nearly dry, medium-bodied sparkling wine, with rather small bubbles and a fruity taste that contains notes of apple and hints of herbs. The aroma also includes yellow plum and melon. Well suited for an appetiser to start the evening, or to be enjoyed with fish, seafood and pasta, for example. Grapes: Glera, Trebbiano and Garganega. The elegant and spicy Philippe de Nantheuil Brut champagne is refreshingly acidic, citrussy and full of elegant spiciness and aromas. It has a long aftertaste that is rich and stylish. An excellent aperitif that can also be used as a drink for the whole meal, or enjoyed on its own. Grapes: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
