The Finnish Rescue Association, better known as SPEK, spent a training weekend at the Original Sokos Arina block, utilizing accommodation, meeting, and restaurant services.

SPEK's Oulu regional office expert Patrik Willberg particularly praised the central location of Original Sokos Hotel Arina's meeting facilities in the Valkea Shopping Center, in the heart of Oulu. The city center offers plenty of parking space for meeting guests, and those who traveled from further away were conveniently accommodated at Original Sokos Hotel Arina, right near the meeting facilities.

The planning for SPEK's event in February 2023 began during the early spring of 2022. Arina's sales service ensured that the event was carefully reviewed together and that everything would run smoothly. Throughout the training weekend, there was also a meeting host on-site at the meeting facilities who made sure the event functioned well and that the customers could focus peacefully on their own program.

The meals for SPEK's training weekend were arranged in the restaurants of the Original Sokos Hotel Arina block: VENN, Amarillo, Frans&Camille, and Rosso. According to Willberg, the restaurants' offerings were high-quality and diverse. The private evening event for the training weekend was also successfully organized in the nightclub area of Amarillo.
