Jalo's winter menu combines the best ingredients of the harvest season and hearty flavors with smoke in a way that you can feel and taste. At Jalo, the food is robust, slightly smoky, and full of character - just as good food should be!

The menu features familiar classics such as skagen, Jalo burger, and rich Jerusalem artichoke soup. As well as new acquaintances like our staff's favorite salmon two ways and chanterelle risotto made from the season's finest ingredients.

Our restaurant's pride and joy is the meat cabinet, where flavors intensify and the meat develops a new, even deeper taste. The meats are grilled on a charcoal grill.
