Kappelin Kellari, Bio Rex, Spårakoff, and Lasipalatsi Cabinets

• We use the confirmed number of people or –5% of the confirmed number of people as the basis for billing. If the actual number of people exceeds the confirmed number, we will bill according to the actual number of people. However, the number of people can be adjusted no later than three business days before the event.

• In case of cancellation of a confirmed event, we proceed as follows:
• 14–7 days before the event, the cancellation fee is 25% of the event's value.
• 6–3 days before the event, the cancellation fee is 50% of the event's value.
• Less than 3 days before the event, the cancellation fee is 100% of the event's value.

The reservation can be canceled free of charge no later than 15 days before the event.
