Accessibility statement for Raflaamo

This website is built by Suomen Osuuskauppojen Keskuskunta (SOK). We want as many people as possible to be able to use the website. This means that, among other things, you should be able to:

choose colors, contrast levels and fonts using the settings in your own browser or device.
zoom into the page as much as you need to without any content becoming unreadable.
navigate using a keyboard, voice control or other input devices.
use a screen reader, like NVDA or VoiceOver.

How accessible is the website?

This website is partially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at AA level.

We know that some parts of this website might create a barrier to some users, these include:

If you use a screen reader or other assistive technology, you might encounter difficulties to understand the content of some images because of missing or non-meaningful alternative texts.
If you use a screen reader or other assistive technology, you may encounter empty headings on some pages.
If you have low vision or color blindness, you may have difficulty reading some text and images due to insufficient contrast against the background.
If you use a mobile device, you might encounter issues with zooming text on some pages.
If you use a touchscreen, you might find it difficult to accurately select small or overlapping buttons, links, or controls on some pages.
If you are using a screen reader, you might encounter difficulties understanding some content because it is presented in different language and the screen reader can have issues with the pronounciation.

Content which does not meet the accessibility requirements because compliance would impose a disproportionate burden

The following will be replaced with content or functionality which meets the accessibility requirements. Making the current services or content compliant is either not feasible, or would require significant investment in systems that are being phased out. This would impose a disproportionate burden on SOK.

A small number of our restaurants are using an old payment and table reservation system through s-varaukset.fi for pre-paid purchases. This payment service has multiple accessibility issues and will be replaced soon.
