Accessibility statement for Raflaamo mobile service

This service is built by Suomen Osuuskauppojen Keskuskunta (SOK). We want as many people as possible to be able to use the service. This means that, among other things, you should be able to:

  • choose colors, contrast levels and fonts using the settings in your own browser or device.
  • zoom into the page as much as you need to without any content becoming unreadable.
  • navigate using a keyboard, voice control or other input devices.
  • use a screen reader, like NVDA or VoiceOver.

How accessible is the service?

This service is partially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at AA level.

We know that some parts of this service might create a barrier to some users, these include:

  • If you use a screen reader or other assistive technology, you may have difficulty navigating the site due to partly inaccessible text elements.

  • If you use a mobile device, you might encounter difficulties using the site when your device is locked to landscape orientation.
