We cook our pizzas in a traditional Italian pizza oven that is heated with Finnish birch logs. All our pizzas are topped with Puisto's house tomato sauce and carefully selected pizza cheese. Gluten-free pizza bases are also available. However, pizzas are baked in the same oven, so the gluten-free base may contain traces of wheat.
