Frans & Sandra's renewed menu presents the iconic flavors and gastronomic treasures of different regions of France. The classic dishes are carefully prepared from scratch in our own kitchen, and there are also fascinating novelties on offer.
Our wine list takes you on a journey to France's most famous wine regions, offering the perfect pairing for every course.
The renovation has been carried out by Pahe Catering's experienced gastronomers Pasi Pärssinen and Heikki Liekola.
- Pärssinen is a kitchen professional with over 25 years of career and versatile experience in restaurant operations, product development, and planning and implementing menus for large events. He has worked in the Finnish national chef team and coached future top chefs.
- Liekola has gathered knowledge and skills in international Michelin restaurants and as a chef in restaurants ranked as the best in Finland. He is the Chef of the Year 2014 and participated in the Olympics in the field as part of the national chef team. Liekola has been part of the Finnish Bocuse d'Or team, and in addition, he works as a competition coach and head judge at top events in the field.
