Hardys Stamp Sauvignon Blanc
Hardys Stamp Sauvignon Blanc is a dry, light and acidic white wine, with hints of citrus and passion fruit, as well as exotic guava. The aroma also has a touch of cut grass. The wine is the colour of a straw with a hint of green. This fairly versatile wine offers an excellent pairing with fish and seafood, and is an equally good accompaniment to chicken and vegetables.
Carefully selected Sauvignon Blanc grapes make this wine fresh, brightly acidic and harmoniously flowery.
Hardys Stamp Shiraz
Hardys Stamp Shiraz is a dry, medium-bodied and intense red wine. Its flavour has hints of fruit, raspberry and black cherries, combined with a touch of oaky vanilla. This red wine with velvety tannins is an excellent accompaniment to dark and grilled meat, as well as tomato-based pasta dishes.
The hot summer days in south-eastern Australia made for an ideal harvesting period. The grapes developed a wonderful balance of sugar, nuanced flavours, a bright colour, as well as gentle and velvety tannins.
Hardys Stamp Shiraz Rosé
Hardys Stamp Shiraz Rosé is a medium-dry, light and acidic rosé with hints of spices. This rosé is perfect on its own and forms an excellent pairing with various dishes, smoky and spicy food, in particular.
Carefully selected grapes add freshness and harmonious floral notes to the wine. Stamp is indicative of a skilful winemaker: it is an excellent blend of different regions and grapes.
Zonin Cuvée Regal Extra Dry
This light yellow and lively sparkling wine is dry, fruity and brightly acidic. Grapes are hand-picked and squeezed gently to prevent their pigments and tannins from entering the wine. The traditions of the Zonin family date back nearly 200 years: the family has earned its living from wines for seven generations. The roots of Zonin lie in the village of Gambellara, in the heart of Veneto, a region located in north-eastern Italy.
Nicolas Feuillatte Selection Brut
Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne is undoubtedly the elegant queen of the wine range. It is excellent as an aperitif, on its own or even throughout the meal. Nicolas Feuillatte Selection Brut is softly fruity with hints of apple, sweet pear and fresh citrus. Long, elegant and lively finish.
Nicolas Feuillatte inherited a vineyard in the 1970s, and established his own company, Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte. Currently, Nicolas Feuillatte is the world's third largest champagne producer.
