The safety at S Group's restaurants

Dear Customer,

The safety of customers and employees is a priority at S Group's restaurants. This is why we are doing everything we can to keep the level of safety and hygiene as high as possible. We have issued detailed instructions for our employees and ensure that all locations comply with these instructions.

We also ensure that our customers can easily maintain the required level of hygiene. Hand sanitiser dispensers are available at all our restaurants, and we encourage our customers to wash their hands properly. Our restaurants also offer takeaway meals.

We are monitoring the development of the coronavirus situation round the clock and comply with the guidelines issued by the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) and other authorities. S Group's Crisis Management unit ensures that we have access to the most recent guidelines and a good understanding of the overall situation.

It is understandable that the ongoing situation and precautions also affect our customers. Answers to frequently asked questions are listed below.

Can I make a reservation in this situation?

You can make a reservation at or by directly contacting the restaurant. Check the opening hours of restaurants from restaurant-specific websites or directly from the restaurant. If necessary, you can postpone or cancel your reservation.

I have made a reservation. How can I check that the restaurant is open?

In the event of a large number of virus infections, we will closely cooperate with the authorities and follow their instructions. The authorities decide on closing restaurants due to suspected coronavirus infections. So far, we have not needed to consider this issue. You can check the opening hours of restaurants from restaurant-specific websites or directly from the restaurant.

If we need to adapt restaurant services and opening hours due to low demand, we will announce any changes at and at the website of each restaurant.

I have a meeting/sauna/group reservation that I want to change or cancel.

All meeting, sauna, restaurant and group reservations between 15 March and 30 April can be moved to a later date or to another unit with the same terms and conditions, free of charge.

If you want to change your meeting, sauna, restaurant or group reservation, contact the restaurant directly to have your reservation moved to a later date or cancelled.
