The renovations that have been going on at the Amarillo restaurant at Original Sokos Hotel Viru in Tallinn for the last two months have finally been completed and the new-look restaurant has opened its doors! Memorable culinary experiences shared in good company and a colourful interior play the key roles in the new restaurant. Everything on the menu can be shared with other diners and there are now more dishes that take different food preferences into account, including those for vegans.
You're sure to find something to your liking on the new menu. Old friends of Amarillo will recognise the Mad Mex menu's tacos, fajitas and nachos. The Specials menu includes grilled dishes, which are also able to be shared with friends. The classics are represented as well, with the restaurant's most popular meat and chicken dishes still on the menu, which also features burgers.
The team play an important role in the new restaurant as well: Amarillo's wait staff have metamorphosed into entertainers. We'll be taking care to ensure that your visit includes just the right amount of entertainment, from your very first drink to the end of the meal. We'll be mixing up a cocktail of good mood and great ‘music', where the right notes are chosen by the diners themselves.
We are also inviting guests to try The Table: a new dinner format that emphasises not just food, but the company you enjoy it in. Up to eight people sit together at one table – all known to one another, or all complete strangers. Together they enjoy a surprise menu where all the dishes are designed for sharing.
